What you should do next -
1. Track your shipment. If you are to pick up your game at the carrier's terminal, do so promptly. Otherwise, you will be penalized for storage.
2. If you have selected residential curbside delivery, the carrier will contact you to arrange for a delivery appointment. Final delivery could then be a few days longer than the "days in transit."
3. Before you accept delivery of your game, visually inspect it very carefully. Do not accept the shipment if there is any evidence of unacceptable physical damage.
If you accept the shipment, and later find physical damage; you will need to contact the freight carrier. Usually, the carrier will agree to return your game to me for a pre-agreed upon repair cost.
In either case, let me know of the situation as soon as possible.
4. If your game does not perform correctly, let me know of the trouble as soon as possible. Usually, I can solve most problems very quickly. Be sure to read and follow the warranty instructions, item #7, at this page.

8. Remove your game from the shipping pallet carefully. The casters and wheels can get stuck and/or damaged, and the bottom edges of the cabinet can get damaged, if you drag the game across the pallet slats. For the best results, use an appliance dolly or get some help to lift the cabinet off of the pallet.
