We installed the machine upstairs in our game room. As word got out that it had arrived, people started showing up. It’s great to see faces light up when people see their favorite games from earlier in their life.
Operation of the machine is easy to quickly master. The graphics and other details are outstanding. However, the thing that most caught my attention was the sound. Not only are the old tunes something that brings back great memories, the quality of the sound is better than any I’ve heard before. The bass is awesome.
It’s going to take us a long while to work through all 3,000 + games but I am certainly looking forward to it.

I want to once again stress how much I love this machine. I've been smiling like an idiot since I started playing.
The feedback from the speakers wonderfully recaptures the bings and boops you would hear in a packed arcade back in the day. It's absolute auditory candy.
The joysticks and buttons are simply without parallel in quality. I have played my fair share of "modern" home arcades and all of them suffer to some degree of input lag, poor quality lubing, or flimsy joysticks (sometimes all simultaneously). Not so with this machine. Everything is comfortable and responsive, and the button placement is intuitive. The crowning jewel is the superior hardware.
On the home console ports of the classic Mario games, there was the ever present issue of graphic flickering on the edge of the screen, which could be distracting and cause eye strain to those who are sensitive to it, like myself. This issue is not present on the arcade/PlayChoice versions of these titles, and combined with the premium control setup, colorful cabinet, and beautiful setup, this machine offers, without a doubt, the best and most definitive way to play these classic Mario titles.
Thank you so much for making a childhood dream a reality in a way better than I could have hoped for.

I had to hustle to the house to receive the delivery of the cabinet last Tuesday and then run right back (1 hour 40min drive each way) in order to keep things a secret. I didn't have a chance to really sit with the cabinet until this last weekend however.
When we did get there as a family late Friday night, I ran into the home, booted up the machine and closed all the lights. Suffice to say my daughter was floored and my wife pleasantly surprised! The cabinet came out perfect and really lends itself to my gameroom.
I was blown away at how slick this thing is. It's a joy to look at and plays spectacularly! I have yet to play even half of the titles in there but, have had a smile from ear to ear while playing those that I have.
The second I took delivery of the machine I knew that I had made the right choice! Booting up Centipede, Robotron, Jungle Hunt, Stargate, Dig Dug, Sinistar, Zoo Keeper and Pac-Man, etc... felt as though I was reuniting with dear old friends! That alone justified both the purchase and the wait!
Perhaps the best thing to come from this is that my daughter will get to experience much of the joy I that felt playing these games when I was her age. For this, I am eternally grateful!

My experience with Ace was not as bad as all the reviews online have trended. I ordered a custom multicade unit from Ace. When I say custom I was only interested in 32 classic games from the 70's and 80's. I was not interested in 350+ games of titles I could care less about. I had reached out to various vendors prior to finding Ace to see if they could provide me with only the games I wanted. No one could except Ace. Ace came through like a champ. This is a very laid back company and the owner can be less responsive than you would expect but when push came to shove they delivered. They missed the original estimated delivery date by a month but that was fine by me. I was more concerned that I was delivered a functional custom unit to my liking. It definitely has met my expectations. I would recommend Ace but with a caveat. You need to trust that they will deliver and have patience with their communication style. For me, they delivered and that is all that I wanted. The unit is excellent. Very polished and profession looking with great side art and game play. It was a great hit over New Year's.

We previously purchased the Ultra cocktail 2500 game from you about 5 years ago. You came and installed it in Stillwater.
We really enjoyed it but it stayed with the house when we sold it.
We are now ready to purchase another multicade for our new house in Oklahoma City. I have some questions as you have several more options available now.
We want a stand up machine, possibly the Midway style. The main games we want are Ms Pac-Man, Centipedes, Galaga...beyond that we like the pinball games, Frogger, Burger Time and possibly some Golden Tee.
What do you recommend? You offer the Super Value, Cabaret, the USA 350 and maybe a couple of more. We don’t really want/need the 2500 game selection. We kind of like the basic Ms. Pac-Man look as well.

I wanted to give some time between my receipt of my Donkey Kong 412-in-1 machine and this feedback email so I could give you the best feedback based over time. First of all, what an excellent job. For anyone to find fault in your craftsmanship, they would be setting their standards way to high. The Quality is amazing, even after 5 months of HEAVY use from myself, family and friends. The machine is top quality and everyone that has seen it, immediately asked to play it. For people above 40, it was so unexpected to see their faces light up like kids again. Even though my wife teased me about the purchase, at least once a week she challenges me to “a butt kicking in Galaga”. That alone is worth the cost of the machine!
I did take your advice and find (after lots of searching) a PS3 Serial input controller to play the games that required more spinners and buttons than I had asked for on my machine, in order to keep my machine as close to authentic as I could. That said, I would definitely recommend to anyone asking me about ordering a machine from you to get as many “bells and whistles” that they can afford the first time.
After 6 months of heavy use, I am happy to say that my machine has had absolutely no issues or quality problems. I came on your website to see how to lubricate the joystick as that is the only maintenance issue I’ve even started to notice. The decals, cabinet quality and layout are absolutely top rate. I very much appreciate your hard work and care that went into my machine. My wife and I tease that with the amount of playing time from the 2 of us, our 5 nieces and nephews and our friends, if it took quarters, it would have already paid for itself.
Recommendations for your future Purchasers: Buy the “most” machine that you can on your budget. It will keep you from saying, I wish I had that upgrade. As you may remember, I had told you I went through your website and many others for months before ordering. I am so glad I did. I got a fantastic machine that FAR EXCEEDED my expectations.
I look forward to ordering another machine from you, probably early next year. Thank you again for everything. It was one of the easiest and smoothest processes I have ever had in ordering any product.

(1) I recently searched video games and repair on the internet, after looking at several sites I called Steve at Ace Amusements. I have a 1981 Midway Ms Pac Man game that I have had for years, it started having issues and then quit completely.
When I called Steve he said "I can repair it", I took it over to him and within 2 weeks the game was better than it was when I bought it. He not only got it working, but he upgraded the program to the faster game.
He also found a door for the back of it that had been missing since I got it. I asked Steve if he could get me an Asteroids game while I was there, as I had always wanted one of those also. He said he had some and would go thru it and make sure it was in perfect condition for me.
When I went to pick it up, he had an Asteroids Deluxe game for me ready to go. Both games work great and I would highly recommend Steve at Ace Amusements.
