Indeed, over the years, we have invested $100's in trial and error testing of materials, supplies and techniques to learn the science and art of proper graphic's application. Here are the materials we use for just about every restoration project: Hi! At Ace Amusements, we take great pains to assure that new arcade video game cabinet graphics - side and front kick art - are applied permanently and perfectly.
- Orbital sander,
- Sandpaper - grits #60, #120 and #220,
- Bondo,
- Primer (we use Glidden Gripper Grey, it is the most expensive),
- Tack rags,
- Mist spray adhesive (we use MAX Multi-Purpose),
- Terry cloth towel, new and clean,
- Foam smooth paint roller,
- Naptha,
- Gloss and semi-gloss interior-exterior latex paint,
- Squeegee,
- Painter's blue masking tape, and
- Clear high gloss polyacrylic sealant.
