Note that the trackball is not required for the Multi-Pac. This cabinet was custom finished for the iCade 60-in-1 multicade system.
This, or a similar cabinet, with the Multi-Pac multicade system would be $995.
There are several upgrade possibilities available, such as an LCD monitor +$195, and side art medallions +$95.
Also, when available, you can upgrade to an original Pac-Man, Super Pac-Man, or Ms. Pac-Man cabinet +$200.

The Multi-Pac system is manufactured by an individual in limited quantities on an infrequent schedule. So, the system may not always be readily available. Or, even not available at all.
