Hi Steve,
I am very sorry that I had not written you back since the games have arrived.
Everything came in great. I want to thank you for the careful and excellent packaging. I think it was a great idea on how you mounted the extra monitors to the games. They came through with no problems.
The day before the games arrived, we hit a very cold spell in Chicago, below zero for about 4 days straight. I unbolted the monitors and unpacked the games and took out the parts that you carefully packed inside and that's about all I've been able to do. My two friends took their games and my game and parts are still in my very cold garage. I haven't unwrapped and looked at the individual parts yet.
We've warmed up a bit the last day or so, I'm hoping to get to the garage this weekend to give the parts a good look. I wish I had made a list when I was there, but I fully trust you and you seemed to have a good handle on exactly which parts we made the deal on, so I'm sure you got everything included.
I know I originally had pulled out many controls panels, and I know I ended up pulling several of them back. Anyhow, the parts were very well packed and everything seems to have made the trip very well with nothing looked damaged.
Thanks again for letting us rummage around for several hours and for the great care in packing. It was very nice to do business with you.

Ever since I dropped my first quarter into an arcade game 20 years ago,
I knew that one day I'd like nothing more than to have a custom cabinet of my own.
Originally I had met Steve when collecting PCB boards for a cabinet I had
purchased off of a Craigslist post. He went out of his way to help educate me
about how to connect PCBs, how to care for them, and how to operate the boards.
This was a God send to me, as I am just a novice collector. Any information
was invaluable, and I don't think I would have succeeded in this endeavor without
Steve's advice & expertise. I was having trouble getting any of the boards I had collected
to work properly and arranged for Steve to come take a look at my cabinet and give
me an assessment of what repairs he might need to make. After coming out to my
home he gave me an incredibly fair estimate and took the cabinet away for re-wiring.
When he delivered the cabinet I was absolutely amazed by the amount of organization,
and meticulous work he had put into the machine's wiring and harnesses.
It's much more than I ever hoped for, and I cannot recommend his services enough.

While looking for places to buy arcade games,I fortunately stumbled across Steve's site.He has lots of arcade games,as well as arcade pcbs and marquees for sale.
I bought a Super Pac-man from him which runs great. Everything about the transaction was wonderful. He even showed me around in his shop.

I recently searched video games and repair on the internet, after looking at several sites I called Steve at Ace Amusements. I have a 1981 Midway Ms Pac Man game that I have had for years, it started having issues and then quit completely.
When I called Steve he said "I can repair it", I took it over to him and within 2 weeks the game was better than it was when I bought it. He not only got it working, but he upgraded the program to the faster game.
He also found a door for the back of it that had been missing since I got it. I asked Steve if he could get me an Asteroids game while I was there, as I had always wanted one of those also. He said he had some and would go thru it and make sure it was in perfect condition for me.
When I went to pick it up, he had an Asteroids Deluxe game for me ready to go. Both games work great and I would highly recommend Steve at Ace Amusements.
