Hi! Below you will find all of the rules pertaining to this site's arcade video game parts no reserve auction. It is my intention that you be able to bid confidently, and enjoyably.
I have many years and many 1,000's of antiques and collectibles auction experience. Previously, I owned two large auctions. One was a weekly consignments auction held in my auction house. And, the other was a monthly auction of my personal collection held in a hotel conference room.
Auctions are a fun and exciting way to pick up some fantastic bargains. I will make sure that this auction operates in that same great tradition.

To operate fairly and openly an auction must have published rules:
Ownership:
1. All of the parts up for auction belong to me, and are stored in my warehouse.
2. For the present, there will be no consignments accepted. But, that may change in the future. So, contact me if you have some parts you would like to have auctioned.
Duration:
3. Auctions will run for a minimum of 14 days, and expire at 9:00 PM on a Sunday, Central Standard Time, USA. The beginning and ending dates will be specified.
Bidding:
4. Bidding will be accomplished by posting a comment (bid) in the comments box located at the bottom of each auction item's page. See the bottom of this page for an example comments box.
5. There will be an opening bid amount, a minimum increment increase amount, and a shipping cost specified for each item.
6. When multiple quantities of an item are listed as available, the winning bidder may purchase one or more, including all, of the items.
Questions:
7. Questions about the item may also be posted in the item's comments box.
Shipping:
8. The shipping cost includes a flat UPS Ground or USPS Parcel Post postage rate for the contiguous 48 states. If your shipping destination is located outside the 48 states, then your shipping cost will be higher.
9. The shipping cost includes postage, packing materials, and handling. Of course, you are welcome to pick up your item at my warehouse to save the shipping cost.
10. If you prefer a special UPS or USPS delivery service, you may so specify in your bid. If you are the winning bidder, your special or expedited shipping cost will be calculated appropriately.
11. If you win multiple auctions, when possible, your items will be combined into the fewest number of shipments feasible. Any shipping savings achieved will be immediately credited to your PayPal account.
12. Items will be shipped within four business days of settlement.
Winning Bids:
13. Subject to my confirmation, the winning bid will be the last, bona fide bid posted prior to expiration.
14. My winning bid confirmation will be posted in the comment box following the close of the auction.
Settlement:
15. The winning bidder will be expected to settle-up for all bids won within 24-hours of confirmation. Failure to do so will result in the bidder being blocked from participating in any other auctions. And, the item will then be sold to the next highest bidder.
16. No notices, invoices, or reminders will be sent, except for system generated comments notices. So, to receive notice of bidding activity and winning bid confirmation, you should subscribe to the comment feed found just above the item's comments box.
17. Settlement will be by PayPal to rstevemccollum at yahoo dot com. Please, if you do not have a PayPal account, then open one before bidding. No other form of payment will be accepted.
18. The settlement amount is the winning bid plus the shipping cost. There are no other fees, taxes, or charges.
Sold As Is:
19. All items are sold "as is." Meaning that there are no warranties or representations beyond what is specifically stated in the item's description.
20. While I will do my best to accurately and fully describe and photograph an item, the item may in fact be damaged, defective, non-working, and/or incorrectly described.
21. If you have any concerns about an item, you should post your question in the item's comments box and satisfy your concerns, before bidding.
Sales Are Final:
22. All sales are final. There are no refunds. And, items may not be returned. But, exchanges for other parts will be considered.
